Richard’s career has included Executive roles in the UK and US at Coca Cola, EMI Music and Accenture Digital Media Services. He is a co-founder of Melos and experienced at bringing digital media solutions to traditional business models. Richard has completed the Presidents course at Stanford University and has an MBA from Kingston. He is a keen golfer and a qualified pilot.

Paul Sims is Chief Administration Officer for Melos Publishing. For over 15 years he has worked with all major record labels and publishers around the world on global Sync and licensing deals. Previously CEO of DX3, the world’s first major digital Music platform. He has also worked with a number of entrepreneurial businesses in the media and publishing space to deliver licensing and revenue recoupment opportunities for their clients.

For the past 30 years Chris has founded and managed a variety of tech start-ups; specialising in businesses built to manage high value digital content for well-known global brands.
He has been instrumental in delivering agile tech solutions to fast growing businesses’ needs, making his experience and geek knowledge key in developing Melo’s MusicTracker™ platform.
He loves riding his motorbike and collecting whiskies, which he naturally must taste too- for research purposes, of course!

A specialist in global music rights, Nick brings a wealth of intricate knowledge of the world’s Performance Rights Organisations (PROs) and publishers.
As International Director, EMEA at PRS, Nick and his team have negotiated key agreements in the region and increased royalties revenues from £79m to £129m by maximising innovation and efficiencies across the organisation.
Nick also co- founded kids outdoor clothing brand, Saltskin.
An established media professional, with background in TV and advertising. Hannah is a commercial strategy, business development and music synchronisation specialist.
Hannah has worked with global TV, advertising and film clients; has a deep understanding of multi faceted-client needs and is committed to delivering tailored solutions to meet their business and creative goals.
Hannah is an avid traveller, seeking to taste the best wine and coffee the world has to offer.
Outside the UK, she lived in Sydney and Australia’s remote Northern Territory for the best part of a decade.
